UNIVERSITAS 2000 es la
publicación oficial del Grupo Universitario Latinoamericano
para la Reforma y Perfeccionamiento de la Educación (GULERPE).
Es una revista académica con referato o arbitraje que se publica trimestralmente en ediciones sencillas o dobles.
Su contenido consiste en revisiones críticas de investigaciones y artículos inéditos sobre
estudios empíricos, teóricos y prácticos en educación, ciencia y
tecnología. Desde su fundación en 1970, UNIVERSITAS
2000 ha contado con tres directores: su fundador Eduardo
González Reyes, Miguel Ángel Escotet y el actual Luis Manuel
