This database comprises more than 15,000 selected links in multiple categories (on the right menu), which include comparative education, political science, communication, geography, human sciences, cross cultural education, international organizations, academic associations, scholarly journals, distance and online learning, arts and literature and higher education, among others.
This database was established in 1994, in order to fill a gap in the then emerging World Wide Web of an online information resource about intercultural and international development education. Back then, the Foundation created one of the first comprehensive bilingual databases of online resources for the field to serve scholars, students and different professionals related to this area of study.
